Use of the Site

The Site is an independent directory of shops, galleries, and businesses in Salida, Colorado. You may browse, search, and share content for personal, non-commercial use.

Business Listings

Business owners may purchase a Premium listing ($99/mo) or a Sponsored listing ($199/mo) through our Stripe-powered checkout. Listings are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your listing remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Listing Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit for a listing. You must have the right to use any text, photos, or other content you provide. We may edit or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms.

Accuracy

We strive to keep business information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. Always verify hours, prices, and other details directly with the business before visiting.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, except listing content submitted by business owners, is owned by Shop Salida or our licensors. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or from your dealings with any business listed on it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
